By purchasing products from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Valroy Music House online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our rental services have separate Terms of Use.

2. Products

We sell new and second-hand musical instruments, accessories, sheet music, amplifiers, pedals, interfaces, electric pianos, electric drums, percussion instruments, music books, guitar parts, and related items. We also provide repair services, which are booked separately.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment must be completed before shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Switzerland, Europe, and worldwide using Swiss Post, FedEx, DHL, or other courier services.
Delivery times:
Switzerland: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Worldwide: 20–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our detailed policy is outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. In short: unused items can be returned within 30 days at the buyer’s cost. Certain items are non-returnable.

6. Warranty

New products include the warranty provided by the manufacturer or distributor, in line with Swiss law.
Used instruments come with a 1-year shop warranty covering defects not caused by misuse or damage.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modification is not covered.

7. Repairs

Repair services are offered by agreement. Estimates are given before work begins. Repairs are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of completion, covering the specific repair performed.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
